Checking out today and had to leave a review because this was one of the best hotel stays ever. The service here was the key element. The front desk was always incredible to us and my family during our stay. Offering cookies to the children and always addressing any of our needs. The restaurant downstairs was another sneaky surprise. Don’t sleep on the breakfast food, it’s all good! And like I said service any where you go was fantastic. Plus the hotel is gorgeous. Very swanky, but not pretentious, seriously cool and comfortable vibes from everyone. And yes even the crowds there were nice, it’s a great cohort over here. Oh and walking around was easy to do, great location. Went to town topic like twice daily lol. Enjoy your stay, highly recommend it.

Stayed 3 nights over a long weekend. Very busy hotel, weddings and party atmosphere this weekend. Room was comfortable, enjoyed the large walk in shower, high ceilings and comfortable beds. The staff were all very friendly from Valet to Restaurants and front desk. Enjoyed the morning espresso drinks and sunset cocktails on the rooftop. Front desk manager Ellie made a lasting impression at our departure! We will be back.

This hotel is a delight! Kelly at the front desk was an absolute shining star and went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was exceptional. The decor is swanky and hip and the rooms are unique and beautiful. This historic building offers nostalgia yet includes modern amenities. We have stayed twice for special "staycation" occasions and are particularly impressed with the bathrooms and walk-in showers. Even the included Alchemist soaps and lotions are exceptional. It is perfectly located in the heart of the Crossroads district. We were bummed to have missed out on the rooftop bar, as there was weather moving in and they decided to discontinue service, but we hear that it is a highlight and has views of the downtown skyline. The only instance where I think they miss the mark is that the valet service charges $40, yet it is uncovered and unsecured parking. In all, we highly recommend the Crossroads Hotel and we are already looking forward to our next visit!

We loved our stay at the Crossroads Hotel. The rooms were modern, stylish, and super comfortable, and the service was great from start to finish. The lobby and rooftop spaces have a cool, inviting vibe that makes you want to hang out there. Perfect location for walking to restaurants, bars, and coffee shops in the area. Would absolutely stay here again.

Absolutely enjoyed my stay at this hotel for New Year’s! 10/10 would recommend. The service was spectacular, the rooms were extremely spacious, clean and beautiful. Overall great experience. Only downside is they do not have parking anywhere and your only option is an expensive valet or parking down the street at some random garage/street parking

We got there early in the morning and went in to see if any rooms were available. The service was amazing! They answered all our questions, was super nice, and got us checked in right away, which was such a nice surprise. The food and drinks were really good, and the hotel itself was so cool. They had an art gallery in the lobby, board games, a full bar that gets pretty busy at night, and even a craft show on Saturday where we found some really unique things. The architecture was beautiful, and we loved that it didn’t feel like a normal chain hotel. Our room was super clean and comfy. I would definitely stay here again!

We hosted our wedding at the Crossroads Hotel, and it was truly an unforgettable experience from start to finish. The moment we walked in, we felt that perfect blend of unique and warm character that makes this venue so special. Every space is gorgeous, intentional, and full of personality — it created the most incredible atmosphere for our day. The staff at Crossroads went above and beyond for us. Everyone we interacted with was kind, attentive, and genuinely invested in making sure everything went smoothly. They made the entire process feel seamless, and we always felt supported and taken care of. Our wedding day itself was flawless. The flow, the ambiance, and the service were all exceptional. We couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful place to celebrate, and our guests were blown away by the venue. We can’t recommend the Crossroads Hotel enough. Their team, their space, and the experience they provide are something truly special. Our wedding was everything we hoped for and more, and a huge part of that was choosing this incredible venue. We also enjoyed our stay! The room was clean and the vibes were immaculate for our wedding night!

I recently stayed at the Crossroads Hotel in Kansas City and it was fantastic from start to finish. The accommodations were great—clean, comfortable, and stylish. My room had everything I needed and the overall vibe of the hotel perfectly captures the creative energy of the Crossroads Arts District. The breakfast was phenomenal. Seriously, one of the best hotel breakfasts I've had. Fresh ingredients, great variety, and everything was delicious. It's the kind of breakfast that actually gets you excited to wake up in the morning. And that rooftop bar? Awesome view. You can see the KC skyline spread out before you, and it's the perfect spot to grab a drink and take in the city. Whether you're visiting for business or pleasure, it's worth heading up there. Highly recommend the Crossroads Hotel if you're in Kansas City. Great location, great service, great experience all around.
